RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Overture, the preferred Carrier Ethernet edge and aggregation partner for service providers and network operators worldwide today announced its 200Mbps Symmetric Ethernet-over-copper solution based on the 6100 platform is a recipient of the 2012 NGN Leadership Award from Research Marketing Corporation's publication, Internet Telephony. Overture's 6100 provides higher rate adaptive span profiles to support up to 15Mbps per copper pair. These newly expanded EoC services greatly reduce turn-up times when compared to manual tuning, and ensure easier, broader deployment and the straightforward adoption of 200Mbps and above.
